Every good page includes an introduction. It is certainly beneficial to get to know people a bit closer and form an image of them. The current situation makes it necessary to do so in our case as well. Nowadays, everyone expects a perfect shopping experience. Everyone expects that if they order something today, it will be at their door tomorrow. Everyone thinks this is completely possible. If you look a little further down, you mostly see two people keeping the store alive. You also see that we both still have a job. The day only has 24 hours, and there are other things like jobs and model cars. We are both striving to handle everything carefully and correctly. Mistakes do happen, or something may slip through. We have almost no automated processes. We pack everything ourselves and make sure everything goes to the post office. Nothing is picked up here. Please forgive us for having to react immediately to everything and for having to keep you constantly updated. We are doing our best with the means we have. We hope for your understanding, especially in situations where we are delivering special models. It is incredibly stressful, and problems arise that we hadn't anticipated before.If we were both at home in the shop all day or had expensive staff, things would run differently. However, not everything would be in our favor, nor would it be better. In this sense, stay loyal to us, show understanding, and then we can all have fun with our hobby.
